Job Description:


We are currently looking to recruit a full time Administrator to work at a busy company based in Camberley.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Deal with incoming telephone and email enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
  • Greeting clients
  • Managing and maintaining databases
  • Data entry, keeping records accurate and up to date
  • Ensure company's Health and Safety procedures are adhered to at all times
  • Filing and other general admin duties as required by the company

This is a full time permanent position for the right candidate, working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong IT skills (MS Excel + Word)
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • High level of attention to details and accuracy
  • Excellent customer facing and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, flexible and ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Previous administration experience is essential
