I originally formed Class 1 Recruitment Ltd in 2002, after spending many years working as a recruiter with Best Hired Hands, I now head up our company and oversee our team of dedicated recruiters. Having a long history within the industry means that I'm conscious of the need to forge and create long term relationships to establish links which are indicative of our quality of service and the delivery we provide. It's relationships like these that have helped Class 1 to develop into a strong Recruitment company with a number of unique routes to market and source, ranging from LinkedIn groups plus our own job boards geared toward those hard to source professionals.

Justin Plowman – Branch Manager
Justin joined Class 1 in 2002, he started in the recruitment business as a school leaver as an administration assistant. Through hard work and training he is now an ambitious professional who has in depth knowledge of the recruitment process. Through his customer loyalty and respect to the industry he is now working with over 300 companies. He was also awarded runner up as Top Manual Worker Recruitment Consultant at the London awards, recognised by the Recruitment Magazine.
Charlie Fieldsend – Consultant & Administrator
Charlie joined us in 2008, she was a college leaver studying business practises. She found the best way of gaining multi sector experience was to work for a recruitment agency. She has excellent organisational skills and has full control of all office administration. Charlie also helps with the day to day running of the office, answering calls and booking out temps and creating interviews for potential candidates.
